This Switch I have says its fast charging at 1.03 but the percentage never goes up. There are no shorts anywhere. If I unplug the charge cable it drains down a # every 60 secs. Now if I leave it off for awhile and turn it back on. The Battery will be at 100%. I tried a different known good battery and it does the same thing. I am not sure what is causing the issue.
Looks like the issue corrected itself. Turned it back on this morning and its charging and not draining anymore. WEIRD!
