My sister grabbed the switch from its dock and was going to use it handheld and from what she said when she selected the game it crashed and she first tried to turn it off and she was unsuccessful then she tried to click the home button and it still didn’t work so she tried to click all the buttons she clicked the screenshot button and it said it was unable to perform the action so she managed to turn off the switch by holding down the house button and now it wont turn on.
I’m sure it should still have a charge because it was in its dock and I have tried a hard reset by holding down the power button but I dont see it turn on still
Did something bad happen to my switch or should I leave it alone for a little while?
