Shorted capacitor near the BQ24193.
I removed the chip but the short is still there. Any suggestion guys?

After replacing the bq, i have 0 amps pulling in the current meter. I measured the voltage at the usb c connector and it shows 5v - ok for my charger.
Also checked for shorts and no additional shorts found besides the one in the image above. I may have displaced some components when resoldering.
Ps the fuse is ok and there is 5v reaching to the MTchip.
What can I check first?
