No Charge Switch, Short on 1 Area See pic

Hi I have 2 Motherboard that do not charge both have the same short But havent found the source, changed the capacitor and still has same short any ideas welcomed thanks!

I also have this cap shorted on my board. Did you find any solution to this problem?

I manged to fixed my switch. The cause is a faulty USB-C port. I removed the USB-C port and the short is gone.

Thanks can confirm 2 of the 3 boards that had the short in that capacitor where fixed by changing the port. The 3rd board still had the short after removing the faulty port. Still much appreciated!
