Bought a used ps4
Can’t get the up on the d pad or circle to work
I’ve tried lots of the simple stuff reset and button assignments have yet to try a known good controller but it is the same exact issue with 2x controllers ?
Does this mean it’s the console that’s bad..would explain my “great deal” on marketplace
