No Connection to Windows Computer and no Video in Dock Station

Hello,

sorry for my bad englisch.

i´ve a faulty nintendo switch. i bought this already defective.

so far so good. the switch is charging (i think normally). but i´ve no output via dock (already tested with another working switch) and no connection between nintendo switch and windows computer via USB.

Dock connector already switched by myself, still there the problems.

the filters on the PI23USB are ok. the big cap near PI23USB is short (continuity to ground on both pins).

so my question is followed:

what is defective? :smiley:

M92t36 or PI23USB or something else? Any same troubles already haved?

In most cases the pi3usb ic is bad if the big cap is shorted. Not allways but mostly. I would desolder the pi3usb and check again for the short.
