No display , battery is charging

I’m working on an og switch, no charge no boot no display

Found a short on the PI3USB , changed the chip and the short went away

battery is charging , using a fluke on the pins showing 4+ volts

Still no battery charge symbol on the display an no display at all

Liquid indicator looks like a Petri dish

Any suggestions on where to go next

Check the M92 and BQ chip (And maybe the fuelgage).
Checkt the current draws.. Does it switch to 15V when you put in the original charger?
