- I have a question abt an Xbox one s I had purchased. The person I purchased it from said that there was no display and when it did display he could move anything. So when I got it I took it apart. It smelled like cigarettes and while cleaning the fan my q-tips would turn black due to the amount of dirt on it. I noticed one of the HDMI ports were damaged but the second one seemed just fine. I took apart the hard drive because I saw from your website that the hard drive could be a problem. Under the motherboard for the hard drive the white paper was colored brown due to the cigarette residue. I’m wondering if that could have ruined the hard drive before I go off and buy a new one just for it to not be the issue.
