Assuming you are talking about the m92t36:
pin 36 is one of the both cc pins and it depence on which way around the usb c is plugged in. One way pin 34 should be high otherwise pin 36.
Pin 18 is VDDIO and is powered by the “EN” ic on the backside of the board.
