Got a SwLite here where there is absolutely no sound coming out of speakers. Bluetooth and wired headphones are fine, just nothing out of either speaker (and I’ve held it up to my ears and nothing quiet I can hear either).
The option to mute when headphones are disconnected was originally enabled, which got me excited for a second, but disabling it has made no difference. It’s had a factory reset and system is up to date.
there’s a small switch inside headphone jacks that let the system know when headphones are plugged in. The system can think headphones are permanently plugged in if this switch fails.
Thanks for the response. I’m kinda embarrassed to say it, but it was simply that both speakers weren’t working. Replaced them both and now all is good.
I just wasn’t buying that both speakers could be dead
