Hi I have an issue where the switch v1 has no touch and won’t read game carts, it was all working fine except excessive battery draw before I replaced the joy con rails this was done due to the excessive play causing the joy cons to disconnect, the battery drain was high even when off but didn’t stop the switch working especially when docked, I have read that the new game cart pcbs are hit and miss for working so don’t want to waste my money on buying crap, are there any fuses on the cart pcb? The Lego type plug is ok and has no bent pins ribbons are all in ok I’m at a loss without buying a pcb off eBay
Did you disconnect the battery before plugging back in the game card reader? If you plug the battery in first the reader (and therefore the digi) will not function.
