I’m having issues with notifications and I have no clue if it is an issue with my internet or the Ps4 pro itself. The issue is notifications are extremely delayed it can take up to 5 hours after a friend has sent a message for the PS4 to notify me. Example I had a friend ask if I was on at 7PM I was on till 5am the next day yet I didn’t get the notification until about 12am. Could this be a problem with the wifi antenna or receiver (don’t know the actual name of it) or is this on Sony’s side?
Any suggestions on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated.
