I have a PS3 CECHC04 (60GB backwards-compatible model) that won’t connect to any controllers.
I’ve tried multiple original and third-party PS3 controllers and several USB cables. The original controller and cable work perfectly on another PS3, and my Mac also recognizes the controller via USB.
On the CECHC04, the controller gets power and all four LEDs blink, but it never connects. I’ve tried all four USB ports. I’m currently in Safe Mode because it asks me to connect a controller via USB and press the PS button, but nothing happens.
Does anyone have a clue what this problem could be, and how to fix it?
