If you need help, than check if (at the mainboard on the four pin bd connector) both voltages are present.
And I asked, if you changed the controller pcb from the old bd to the new one?

Two points:
1- The disc drive is married to the mainboard. At an update this will be checked and results in your error code if the disc drive isn’t responding or haveing an unmatching disc drive.
The original disc drive is needed or at minimum the original controller pcb.
In case it isn’t available any more, there is a way to deactivate the disc drive to pass the update.
2- Depending on the board version, there is on the same side of the connector or on the other side of the mainboard for each line (5v & 12v) a tiny fuse (F5401 & F5402). Please check, if those fuses are ok (both should have continuity).
