Hello there. I’m having a power button issue on my RCM Switch after a battery replacement.
The power button no longer responds under normal use, although the volume buttons do. When I put the console to sleep and then wake it using the Home button, it wakes and then behaves as if the power button is being held down, opening the power menu and hard-shutting down. This happens whether the button flex PCB is connected or not. Probing the pins on the connector with a screwdriver makes the volume buttons react, but not power. Pin 1 to ground reads 2.2kOhm. with no battery connected.
Nothing should have affected that part of the board during the battery replacement, except some 70% isopropyl alcohol used to remove the battery glue. Any ideas?
