Hey guys,
I happen to have something need to repair and I am capable but I’d like your advice on if it looks possible.
I have a Rand McNally Truck GPS that the power jack fell off of.
I have opened he case and this is what I found.
“Images were supposed to be here” 
Do those look like cold solder joints or has the foil been ripped off?
Also there is one of the leads the look like it wasn’t soldered.
Should it have been soldered or should it be left alone?
These things cost from $300 to $500 and it’s out of warranty.
