Hi guys,
I recently got a 3ds off of ebay to repair. Everything with the hardware looks good, but when it goes to turn on, I get a loading screen saying “preparing to start the home menu.” This doesn’t load at all. Doing a forced update (L+R+UP+A+POWER) works, and an update goes through, but when it is turned back on, the loading bar reappears.
