Pro controller analog stick only detects 1 axis

I tried replacing the analog stick on one of my pro controllers a while back and in the process of desoldering, a few of the pads seemed to come off and I am unable to soldering anything onto that point. The analog stick that I replaced it with is only working on a single axis, which corresponds to the potentiometer that is not fully soldered. Is there any way I can fix this and still have a functioning pro controller?

You will need to run jumper wires from the pins of the potentiometer to where those damaged traces go to, or scrape away the solder mask so you can solder directly to the trace.
