Just bought a used PSVR with two motion controllers, one of which isn’t working.
At first I thought it’s the most common “dead battery” problem so I fully charged the working controller and swapped the batteries. Apparently the “faulty” battery works great and takes charge in the working controller and the faulty controller now blinks red while I press the PS button and nothing else.
I hope it’s only a bad usb port but wanted to ask: Is there any common problem like that? Any specific chip that’s known not to work or replacing only the usb port will fix it? Maybe a way to bypass usb connection and pair it with the PS4 differently?
Again the battery and the cable I’m using are completely fine and were tested on the working controller.
