This PS2 I got has video output problem when using a component cable. I also tried it with a PS2HDMI dongle, it becomes no video output signal at all.

I tested my component cable and PS2HDMI dongle on another perfectly fine PS2 and confirmed that there is no problem with the cable and the dongle.
How should I troubleshoot this issue? I am not familiar with analogue video output like this.
