I have a PS2 slim SCHP-75001 console that has no audio. I’ve disassembled, cleaned, checked the soldering on the AV port, and used multiple verified cables but I can’t get the audio back. The AV port itself does not look damaged and the soldering on it looks good. I saw a video for a older system that points to a “DAC” chip being the cause. Has anyone fixed this issue before?
