I have the 1215A PS4 and I was cleaning it. My Fan doesn’t want to spin although it free spins by itself and also the heatsink is completely clean. I did see that some of the ribbon cables (underneath the power supply) are stripped. Otherwise, I’ve tried everything I could do meaning rebuilding the database and just resetting it. But I can’t rebuild the database because it says it’s overheating and to try later.
For now, I will buy new ribbon cables as well as a new fan as it may be some wires although I doubt it because I have not yanked on it or anything.
