PS4 black screen and fan continuously spins faster and faster

Hello, I have a bizarre issue and I cannot find any solutions. I have a PS4 that used to power on normally but with no display. I got a blue light that turned to white as it should. I could not get a picture but the TV would recognize that there was a signal. I decided to replace the HDMI port, then the encoder when I got the same result, but now I just get a black screen and the TV no longer recognizes a signal. I tried redoing my soldering job and I am certain it is both properly aligned and properly attached. The HDMI filters all have proper continuity. Now my issue is that when I turn on the console, the fan just keeps spinning faster and faster and faster until it sounds like a jet and begins making an awful grinding sound, and then I have to unplug it. At some point, it shut off on its own with three long spread out beeps. Not really sure if this one is worth fixing at this point, but any advice is appreciated.

PS when I am testing it, I am screwing the APU cover in place and plugging everything in.

" 3 beeps before shutting off usually means your console was busy doing something on the Internet and it couldn’t finish doing whatever it was doing because you switched it off while it was busy doing something"

and about the fan, try seeking for trays of where the fan hits… maybe the fan case size or just broke internally (there u gotta replace it if it’s in fact broken).
finally CHECK CONTINUITY OF ALL PINS BETWEEN THEM, maybe it trigger the ressetable fuses of the board and turn of the ps4, or u got a short somewhere else maybe, good look
