I have PS4 saf-001 with 1 s blod fan also on for 1 second and off checked standby voltages is ok nor dump ok i cannot find the fault help me please
I had the same issue for some weird reason when I didn’t tighten screws especially ones closest to cpu it worked. So try not tightening them all the way. Buddy of mine tried it after reball didn’t work and worked for him as well
