When powered on Solid blue light appears. it does beep once with power button and eject button. Power button does not shut it down however.
After powering on with the solid blue light there is no display. HDMI port physically looks okay nothing else on board stands out.
Try to replace HDMI port? or might it be a problem with the APU or Ram?
