Ps4 Drive Board Resistor Repair

I have a original ps4 with a faulty disc drive board. Discs take in fine and the laser works fine but discs will not spin. Using a multimeter i checked continuity on the drive boards main resistors…F501, F202, F201 and F203. Resistor F501 came out faulty so i purchased a replacement board of the same model BDP-025. The married board needs the working one from the new one only this is my first time trying to repair this type of issue. I could re-marry the board by switching out renesas ic chip but replacing the resistor seems much easier…Is there anyway i can remove this working resistor from the new board without damaging it?

Use flux and a heat gun or perhaps a soldering iron is better I haven’t done many transfers myself
