I got my hands on a ps4 console, it turns on, gives a blue light, but no display, also seems to get hot quick, any idea’s

no white, no good. check Harddrive first
Found the issue, it has a app failure, or has a app failure, i was able to shim it with washers and get it to come alive
Reball will be the ultimate way unless you are selling it for quick turn around.
