Hi, my PS4 pro CUH7115 is difficult to accept disc, if I manage to push it in, it doesn’t eject the disc either. Then I tried to eject it manually, but turning it anticlockwise several times will only bring the disc close to the opening but it will not fully come out. What could be wrong ? How best can I disassemble the PS4 with the disc inside before removing it?
