I recently purchased a very well taken care of PS4 pro. The issue is there is no video but there is sound. I cannot see video even in safe mode so I do not think it is an issue with the HDCP encryption. The HDMI port looks brand new from the outside (no bent pins). If there is sound could it possibly still be the retimer chip or something else (possibly a filter)? Any advice is greatly appreciated. I have repaired several consoles but this is a first for me.
