I purchased a PS4 Pro in not working/for parts condition in hopes of being able to disassemble it, clean it and assess whether or not it would be viable to get it repaired.
Upon partial disassembly of PS4 Pro I pretty quickly realized my purchased not working/for parts PS4 Pro seems to contain dead Cockroach husks, I can’t be sure how riddled with Cockroach husks it is without fully disassembling the unit but before I dive in completely I’m wondering if it would be viable to clean/wash, provided it isn’t completely cesspool inside?
Would anyone happen to have any tips on how to go about cleaning the motherboard? Perhaps deionized water and some mild dish soap followed up with an IPA rinse?
Any insight would be greatly appreciated, thank you!
