I have been downloading a digital copy of the last of us 2 for the past several days, and I would leave my PS4 pro on for several hours a day, but I would also let it rest as well to make sure it wouldn’t overheat. I also just recently cleaned it of any dust. And then while I was downloading my game, out of nowhere my PS4 pro just made a sort of pop sound and instantly shut off, there were no flashing or blinking lights, and there was no warning on screen, in literally just a split second it shut off. I have tried unplugging it for a few minutes, I plugged it into a completely different power strip and power outlet, but nothing works. Please tell me what is wrong?!
Same Issue With Me. I have contacted PlayStation support they told me something about the power supply. I dunno so maybe contact ps support for help . Or Maybe A Capacitor Popped .
