I have recently got a ps4 pro second hand and it when turned on it turns on for a second then fully shuts down and you are unable to turn it on unless you pull the power cord out and put it back in with the same thing happening again. The power cord is brand new aswell

That is definetly a powersupply problem, ýou need to change the powersupply, just make sure it’s the same model for the current ps4 pro console you have.
