i cleaned my ps4 i think a week ago, now cant turn on my ps4 tru disc and it wont accept any disc…and i cant restart my ps4 everytime restart it just turns off… and i have this error (su-42118-6) everytime i update my ps4 to 7.01… pls help…
Try replacing the hdd?
