Hi I have a ps4 slim 1tb it works great quiet takes disks smoothly just when I insert game takes very long to recognize and even after installed on system when u insert game into system sometimes it just freezes on install screen or goes to a black screen and does nothing. Sometimes after 20 minuites some games will finally start. All games are new condition also. What is causing it to freeze and not start games.downloaded games work fine just disk games do this freezes I tried 8 different games cannot play any disk games.
