Hey all. I have an issue where my ps4 (cuh 2015a) does not recognize my lan connection.
Ive swapped cables, used a lan cable tester and another device to test the lan works.
Ive inspected the connection fairly close and have not noticed any bent/broken/low pins.
Ive tried every “hack” and “easy fix” i could find too no avail.
I have seen several cases where the motherboard was replaced. (Id like to avoid this option)
I suspect the ethernet chip is faulty, but am having problems tracking one down as i have the ability /tooling to replace the chip.
Id also like to know if there is any methods to test the chip.
