I have a ps4 slim model number cuh2015a that is randomly turning off. When I try to turn back on I have to press the button a couple times to get it to give me the power light. When it turns off there is no warning that pops up that it is over heating. I have taken apart the console for deep cleaning and replaced the thermal paste. This worked for a day and then shut itself off again. I found some forums talking about it could be psu or the system could have a compromised update. I rebuilt that data base that worked for a half of a day. Then I initialized the system and like before that worked for half of a day. I replaced the psu and it is still going on. The fan is very quiet on this system and thought maybe it wasn’t working. I took the top off and powered on and fan rotates. My next thing to try is a different hard drive. But after this I can’t think of what it could be that is making my ps4 shut down. What am I missing on this issue? I don’t see any weird issues on any boards like arcing or anything. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
