Ps4 slim flickering,red pixels

Hey my ps4 slim keeps on flickering on and off every second and there are red pixels on the screen. I tried changing the resolution and the deep output but it still didn’t work. Can you please help me find a solution or a repair price. Thank you

Have you tried a new HDMI cable?

Yes I have tried that

OK…it could be a faulty HDMI port or it’s even possible the HDMI chip is faulty but no way for me to know for sure.
