Can the original v2 HDMI port work with the slim (using the 4k pro/slim HDMI port)? The port fits but still no display and white light. Somewhere said about compatability so just curious if its worth ordering the 4k port rather then just sticking with the v2 version and assuming its a broken HDMI controller.
Okay, so i just did the job anyways and it would seem the original V2 HDMI is not compatible with the slim.
Luckily it wasn’t the HDMI controller!
