Hi. I have a PS4 Slim that does not read ANY disc I put in it. No disc works. When I put a disc inside it, it makes a few clicks and then it moves a little. Then it makes a few clicks again and then it displays that it has an unrecognized disc. Please help me because this console has so many memories that I had with my family.

Pretty sure you moved on by now, but it’s possible that either the laser lens or the mirror/prism on the back are dusty. Clean them up using a cotton swab with IPA and it might be good to go again.
