It’s about two days now. My Ps4 slim unit is not switching on. After about 24hrs if I plug it it will start as usual and suddenly get off like it’s a power cut. And I tried removing all the cables and start connecting one by one and notice that when the HDMI is connected the same issue occurred. I tried it on a different TV as well it’s the same. But without the HDMI the unit perfectly fine. Any advice to fix this issue.
Based on the symptom it could be the HDMI port, HDMI IC, or the filter on it. If i had to say you should check with multimeter the capacitors that surround the HDMI IC. If there’s any short on it then you should replace that IC
