i have a ps4 original and one day the controller just turned off and me and wouldnt connect to console it would flash white 2 times then the light would shut off again and wouldnt light back up for 10+ minutes, i bought a new controller thinking it was a bad controller and that didnt fix the issue it did the same exact thing with the new controller. i eventually later bought a ps5 and tested both ps4 controllers on it and they both work. has anyone ever experienced this issue or know how to fix it. also where can i buy a new ribbon cable that goes inbetween the motherboard and optical board i accidentally damaged that cable while i had i apart one of the contacts on end of cable ripped off(issue started before i took it apart)
