I’ve had my PS5 for 2 years and it has been working good. The last week i noticed the cooling fan working harder. The fan ramps up for about 3-6 seconds till it goes back to normal speed. After it goes back to normal speed then seconds later it ramps up. It’s nearly at PS4 levels at noise. My PS5 had never done that until the last week. Could that be a dry spot on the APU causing that? I do clean the console regularly. I’ve also cleaned the fan.
