After replacing the HDMI, the PS5 will boot as normal and the power LED comes on. After switching to the input the HDMI is plugged into (HDMI 3), the TV input is automatically changing to HDMI 2 when there is nothing plugged in to it. I swapped the HDMI Encoder Video Output IC Chip and still having the same symptoms. I attempted to boot in to safe mode and navigate using photos and videos online to reset the PS5, change display settings, and reset general settings. Still nothing. Any ideas?
Did you check choke filter and the paths all the way to your hdmi port pins before replacing Encoder IC?

Yep. They all are reading fine with no shorts.
