PS5 Auto Turns off When Loading PS5 Games - No error given

Model: CFI-1015B

My PS5 randomly will shut off when loading PS5 games, it isn’t instant or after a certain amount of time but usually when you open the game and are presented with the start screen. Hit start to load the game and then I get the no signal screen before the PS5 turns off. Once this happens it doens’t turn back on until I unplug the power cord, wait 30 seconds plug it back in, wait 30 seconds and then turn it back on. I have checked the bottom and side panels to confirm it isn’t overheating. I have cleaned it out recently as well just as a precaution. I’m wondering if I have a faulty power supply or if it is one of the chips on the board that isn’t functioning properly. I guess it’s possible it could be the APU as well.

(Background info)
When this initially happened after I got my PS5, I opened it and saw that the liquid metal wasn’t fully covering the APU. I did add more and got rid of dry/oxidized spots. I also added thicker thermal pads to the different chips that didn’t seem to have coverage like they should.

Once I initially did that it didn’t seem to have issues once I did that and disabled most of the HDMI settings in the System software that allows it to turn off or on once it is sensed that it turned on or off with the TV. That was a couple years ago. Recently it seemed to start happening again while it was super humid outside but still cool in the house that has AC. It is the only thing that I can think is related but could be coincidental since it is still happening now and the temp is lower and no longer humid outside.

I have also gone through settings and restored licenses and cleared cache on the ps5 and rebuild the database. I haven’t reset it yet to see if that helps but I can’t find a rhyme or reason as to why it is happening.

I am open to suggestions, I suppose this is my fault for being stubborn and not returning it to PlayStation direction after I got the PS5 but at the time you had to wait so long to even get them that I didn’t want to be without it if I could get it working again.

More issues that I have noticed that support it may be the PSU.

If I move all games to M.2 Drive instead of the onboard storage they do not turn off as quickly. Sometimes they will work after the 2nd or 3rd try but not always.

When the game gets to the start screen it will turn off once you try to load it. Once it is off and you hit the power button it beeps but doesn’t turn on. Push it again and it comes on and goes through repairing the console storage.

Just before it turns off the screen looks like it cuts out and shows no signal and then the PS5 lights remain on for a few seconds before turning off.
