PS5 Controll works but does not light up

hi folks
i have a ps5 controller it works and charges but no of the lights show when i am charging it or when i turn it on. i took it apart and the cables are connected not sure what could do to fix that

any suggestions would be helpfull

Take the board out and check if anything block or broke the led in the center of side-A (near speaker contact point)
