Hi, I have a quick question. So I have ps5 controller and the mic on the PS5 controller does not work ever since I got it. I checked all the settings. I would like some advice or some knowledge on what could it be?
It makes sense if you got it used, if not, replace the mic which can be purchased easily online

Da remote was brand new it came with da ps5 I bought it at gamestop it jus da mic never worked, ill most likely jus get another remote
