PS5 controllers are not getting connected in normal or safe mode "Too many USB devices conntected"

I’m not able to connect my controller to any of the PS5 ports. When I tried to connect the controller I get 3 or 4 “Too many USB devices connected” notifications at the same time. Both the front USB ports or the back ports aren’t connecting to the controller so I’m stuck in the Click on PS button screen. The controller doesn’t work in safe mode. I’ve tried different working cables and different working controllers but they don’t register on the console.

I’ve opened up the motherboard, which is an EDM-010 of a PS5 Fat Digital Edition board, and so far I’ve replaced the regulator that someone said was faulty in a Discord channel but it’s still not resolved yet. According to a schematic, the regulator is a IC7106

If someone has come across the same problem, please let me know what you did to fix it.
