Hello from Germany 
i replaced the hdmi port of the ps5 and it worked. I closed the ps5 completly and the ps5 turns on for 3 seconds and stoped. Now the ps5 doesnt turn on.
I found out: i measure 12v at the power supply when the mainboard is not connected. When i put the mainboard back i measure zero volt at the big connector. I can measure a short between the two big pins?(maybe because of the caps?)
Has anyone an idea what isnt correct?
