PS5 dying APU or problem in HDMI/Encoder

Hello!

I have issue with my PS5 EDM-010 board.

There was an short at HDMI area which i fixed, i also changed the retimer chip. Now the console boots up and goes even to white light after blue one. But it only shows like specks/sparkles on the screen. I have image of this but i am unable to attach it in here for some reason.

I also noticed that I am not able to power off the console anymore from the power button. Powering on will work fine, so I have to unplug the cable in order to shut it down. Kinda like the software gets stuck or something.

I have read the UART codes, and there is no any errors. There was errors before when the short was present. There is no errors even after the boot up.

So is this an APU/GPU problem or what could be causing this?

I can actually force shutdown it from Power button by pressing it about 10-15sec.

And as update the artifacts/squares amount and order changes everytime i reboot the console. But they are static when the console is powered on. No colouring, no any kind of movement.
