PS5 EDM-010 No Power No Beep

PS5 originally not turning on, all Standby voltages i could think of were present, decided to check boot sequence, .006 mA → 0.00 mA → .006 mA repeating. Check UART codes and it cant pull them, i then try injecting 1V to see what gets hot and absolutely nothing does, so I go back to injecting 12V to main power prongs to see if anything gets hot that way and I cant find anything. Throughout this process of injecting between 12V and 1V and trying to find heat, I eventually remove one of the small inductors off the back of the soutbridge to test which side the short was on, and inject 1v to that side specifically, (not sure if it matters im still new), after injecting voltage for a little bit I switch back to 12v and after a couple times the mA draw becomes healthy again? .297 → .010. I then think thats weird so I hook up psu and cord and try powering and just get a single beep, no light no boot just one beep. I try pulling uart codes again and get a bunch of gibberish and a couple southbridge codes. So I clear codes and try to beep it again to check one more time and it stops powering on?? I Eventually remove the southbridge and test in diode mode where the shorts were and in every location it was gone. So I decide to pull a southbridge chip off of a donor board (same chip name) and reball it and put it on, again still no shorts. But mA draw is now going to .006 mA and staying there. And still no beep or anything, havent tried pulling uart codes again yet, but only thing I could find is that the left resistor above the power flex connector only has 0.82V but the right resistor has the correct 3.3V. Not sure what else to do if anyone could help
